Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Saint Luke’s Health System is committed to providing exceptional care for all patients and a safe and healthy atmosphere for our team.

To celebrate Shark Week, Saint Luke's North Hospital had its own "Baby Shark Week" on the maternity floor.

Following strict safety and infection prevention protocols, Saint Luke's North Mother/Baby nurses helped create all the costumes. Because of the pandemic and not wanting to bring in extra people to the hospital, nurses also served as the baby shark photographers and captured all the photos and video of the baby sharks themselves.

Amber Tenay, BSN, RNC-OB, Clinical Coordinator, and Mother/Baby and NICU nurse, spoke with ABC about the fun project for new parents and babies.
