A new review of research in the Journal of the American College of Cardiologists suggests a Pesco-Mediterranean diet with intermittent fasting may be best for your health.

"We have a lot of first-level scientific evidence showing that this really makes a difference in your cardiovascular health, in preventing dementia, preventing diabetes, and maintaining a healthy weight," said Dr. James O'Keefe, lead author of the study and preventive cardiologist at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute.
