A woman from Kansas had a life-saving encounter on social media. 

Kim Shufelberger, 44, of Olathe, was placed on the kidney transplant waiting list after years of dealing with chronic kidney disease that reached stage 4. But finding a living donor seemed impossible since the odds of having even a sibling match are just 25%. 

Fox News talked to Shufelberger about how a post on Facebook changed her life.
