The number of opioid-related deaths in America is reaching all-time highs. Public health leaders in Missouri said drug overdoses are the leading cause of death among adults aged 18 to 44 in the state.

FOX4 talked to Dr. Jeffrey Foster, an interventional pain physician at Saint Luke's Hospital Pain Management Clinic, about how trying non-addictive pain management techniques before turning to prescription pain pills can help decrease the number of overdoses.
