Health experts are warning of a potential surge in COVID-19 cases as popular spring break destinations attract large crowds.

As COVID restrictions ease and a highly contagious variant spreads, cases are climbing in 21 states.

FOX4 talked to Dr. Ginny Boos, Saint Luke's Health System Director of Infection Prevention, about the need for continued vigilance.
