The Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) hosted former neonatal intensive care babies – along with their parents and siblings at its annual NICU Reunion. 

This was the first in-person reunion since the COVID-19 pandemic. The event celebrated how far NICU babies have come during the past 35+ years, and will reunite families with the doctors and nurses who cared for them during their stay at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City.

FOX4 spoke to one family about their journey.
