Now two full years into the pandemic, employers everywhere are adjusting to ever-changing workplace challenges, prioritizing employee health, and implementing flexibility along the way.

This year's 29 Healthiest Employers honorees, representing Kansas City-area companies and organizations from as small as seven employees to more than 5,000, resoundingly have one wellness focus in common in the past 24 months: mental health. Whether renewing a focus on mindfulness or implementing workplace flexibility, all of the honorees heard what employees were asking for – and they delivered.

The Kansas City Business Journal honored Saint Luke's Health System as one of the healthiest employers in the Kansas City area in 2022. Learn more about what Saint Luke's does to support employee mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness.
