Bob Ronan has been dealing with high blood pressure for 20 years. And he's not alone--63% of adults over the age of 60 have high blood pressure, according to the CDC.

Not only is hypertension a leading risk factor for heart attack and stroke, but those with uncontrolled blood pressure also have a three-times greater risk of getting COVID-19.

KCTV talked to Bob and Dr. Tracy Stevens, a cardiologist at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute, about why it's more important than ever to monitor your blood pressure from home and how to do so.
