Urgent care clinics in the Kansas City area are seeing more patients than ever. Still, such clinics are providing some relief for hospitals as COVID cases reach an all-time high.

KSHB talked to Dr. Marc Larsen, emergency physician on Saint Lukes' COVID-19 Response Team, about how people can help hospitals by knowing when it's appropriate to seek care at an emergency room versus an urgent care or other option.
