For decades, researchers have studied which diet works best for good health. Now, a new study shows the Pesco-Mediterranean Diet with intermittent fasting may be ideal for heart health. 

Dr. James O'Keefe, lead author of the study and preventive cardiologist at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute, explains the positive effects the diet has on a person's body and what foods are best to eat.
