If you are looking for an extremely rewarding career and want to build close relationships with a variety of wonderful and interesting people, you should consider working in Senior Care.  Saint Luke’s Bishop Spencer Place as a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for financial projections, budget forecasting, cost reporting, and general accounting duties. 

This a flexible hybrid model position and the incumbent may work remotely 40% of the time.  A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related finance/accounting experience is required.  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and nursing home experience is preferred.

The Work:

Our Senior Financial Analyst performs several critical functions including:

• Assisting with the annual budget process
• Making finance projections and assisting with long-range financial planning
• Variance Reporting
• Form 990 preparation
• Medicare/Medicaid cost report preparation
• General accounting duties
• Managing special projects in consultation with management to include financial modeling and pro forma financial information
• Overseeing the entity accounts receivable and billing process
