Job Description
The Opportunity:
Bishop Spencer is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to serve our residents on a private-duty basis. You will have the rewarding opportunity to make an impact on our residents’ life by providing individualized care to them in a positive and supportive work environment.
The Shift:
This position is located in our Windsor Care department. The opening is FT night shift (3 12-hour shifts). There are a variety of assignments and shifts to choose from based on the variable needs our residents. The incumbent will need to work some weekends or holidays.
The Work:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, personal hygiene, etc.)
Helping residents with mobility and transport needs
Accompanying residents to events, activities, meals, and appointments
Preparing and serving meals
Light housekeeping
Washing laundry and changing bed linens
Providing companionship
Other related activities
