Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical RN - Day Shift

Job Description​

Our Med-Surg Units are seeking experienced Nurses to join their teams. In this position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans. This nursing position will provide you with variety in your day-to-day and allow you to expand and grow your nursing skills.These are passionate teams with various experience, skills and backgrounds. They are busy, fast-paced units that will allow you to master your skills with a nationally recognized team. They are a leader in quality measures, celebrates their successes, and recognizes hard work.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
  • Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
  • Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.
