Job Description
The Opportunity:
Saint Luke’s Hospital is a Magnet Designated, Level 1 Trauma Center, and Academic Medical Center. On this unit you will provide critical patient care to high acuity patients from various Intensive Care Units with various conditions, treatments, care plans, and acuity levels. This may include, but not limited to: ICU Overflow, Chest Tubes, Trachs, Vents, Pulmonary, Post innovative valve and transplant procedures.

This team believes in knowledge sharing and helping each other learn and grow; has a supportive and engaged physician and respiratory therapy team to partner with you in providing exceptional patient care.
Shift Details: 6:45 am to 7:15 pm
The Work:
· Utilizes the nursing process
· Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
· Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
· Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures
