The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Home Care provides care to 22 counties in and around the Kansas City Metro and has one of the lowest hospital readmission rates in the region, a testament to our high-quality care.

Saint Luke’s Home Health is looking for a Home Health Aide to join their term. In this position, you will assist with ADLs and provide care to patients in their home according to the care plan provided by the care team of Nurses, Case Managers and Therapists.  

Shift: Part-time.

The Work:

• The Nurse Aide provides care according to the patient needs as directed by the clinician.
• The Nurse Aide assists in the patient care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion.
• The Nurse Aide collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

We are looking for considerate, empathetic, and detail oriented Home Health Aide professionals who will follow a care plan accurately and is confident in their skills. We are looking for professionals who can take initiative, has strong time management, can work independently and recognizes when to call the Case Manager for support. To be successful, you will have to be professional, dependable, and require little direction in your day-to-day work.
