Leave Management Analyst (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Description​

The Leave Management Analyst oversees and administers leave requests and accommodations under Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave laws, and other personal leave of absences.  Works closely with the Lincoln leave administrator,  Saint Luke’s managers, HR and employees to ensure compliance, timely communication, appropriate documentation, the interactive dialogue process and smooth return-to-work transitions. Assists in LOA policy review and manager/HR trainings.  Consults and advises HR Shared Services team members, Employee Relations, Payroll, Worker’s Compensation, management, employees and vendors regarding LOA policies and procedures. Position is remote/hybrid.
