Job Description​

Award-winning in-house marketing & communications team of major Kansas City-based health care system seeks social media professional to create and manage content for multiple social channels on behalf of the health system. Position requires creativity, keen attention to detail, exceptional communications and critical thinking skills, ability to thrive under pressure and to work effectively within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, creating content, posting, and tracking engagement of posts across a variety of platforms. Candidates should be well versed in social media channels and latest social media trends and best practices. They need to be adept at developing online communities, and possess the ability to engage audiences in a compelling manner. Requires ability to manage multiple deadlines and content in a fast paced, creative, and high-performing environment. A collaborative, team-centered mindset, being highly engaged and responsive, and a desire for excellence are all essential characteristics needed for success.
