Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Bishop Spencer is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to serve our residents on a private-duty basis.  You will have the rewarding opportunity to make an impact on our residents’ life by providing individualized care to them in a positive and supportive work environment.   

The Shift:

The opening is fulltime weekend day shift (make sure update the shift). There are a variety of assignments and shifts to choose from based on the variable needs our residents. The incumbent will need to work some weekends or holidays.

The Work:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, personal hygiene, etc.)
• Helping residents with mobility and transport needs
• Accompanying residents to events, activities, meals, and appointments
• Preparing and serving meals
• Light housekeeping
• Washing laundry and changing bed linens
• Providing companionship
• Other related activities
