The Opportunity:

As a Registered Nurse in our Pain Management Clinic located at our Plaza location in Kansas City, MO you will have the opportunity to work in various work environments, including assisting with various procedures. This clinic sees a variety of conditions and pain management treatments. This is a fast paced clinic that will allow you to use your RN, multi-tasking, and customer service skills in a challenging rewarding environment where you can provide immediate results for your patients.

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, professional, patient-centered, intuitive RN who enjoys multi-tasking in a fast paced environment and is committed to patient satisfaction and helping their team succeed to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Shift - PRN

NO WEEKENDS, NO NIGHTS, NO CALL, NO HOLIDAYS

During your time on the exam side of the clinic you will:

• Assist with rooming patients
• Provide patient education
• Discharge patients

During your time on the procedural side of the clinic you will:

• Assist with various procedures, joint injections, trigger injections, IV Administration, IV Medications, and more.
• Assist with clinical trials.
• Admit patients.

The Work:

• Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Responsible for screening walk-in patients, telephone screening (with protocols), medication/injection education, assist with procedures, dressing changes, and other duties as assigned by respective clinic.
• Able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as, autonomously.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Bachelor's Degree
