The Opportunity:
Bishop Spencer is looking for a compassionate Certified Medical Technician (CMT) that is passionate about patient care, helping others and providing a superior quality of care! The Shift:

The Work:
Our CMT's partner with our licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, and carryout resident care plans. Duties include:
Medication administration
Assisting residents with daily living activities in assisted living
Providing resident care and reporting resident information/needs to charge nurse
Answering resident calls and requests for assistance
Serving food and beverages to ensure proper resident nutrition
Assisting residents in mobility and transport activities
Collaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of resident care
Supporting resident safety and satisfaction by performing regular rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service
