Job Description
In this position you will provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients with various conditions and acuity levels undergoing various procedures including; but not limited to orthopedics, total joints, sports medicine, GYN, urology, plastics, general surgery, ophthalmology, and some spine. This operating room team does utilize robotics for some of their procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Provides pre-operative and post-operative care for inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
