The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patients needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

Full Time is 3, 12 hour shifts per week and Part Time is 2, 12 hour shifts per week. PRN options may be available as well. Day shift hours are 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM, Night shift hours are 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. These positions offer low patient ratios determined by patient needs on the unit. We are looking for a compassionate CNA who is passionate about patient care and helping others. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and time management skills. We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant who is team oriented, eager to expand their skills, and possess a strong attention to detail.
