The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse for our Saint Luke's Hospital in Your Home virtual command center.
This RN is a member of a collaborative care team operating from a centralized command center,
The RN is responsible for providing tele-nursing care to a diverse population of patients. The following features govern the role: patient advocacy, prevention, telecommunication, proactive continuous monitoring, evidence-based care, clinical decision support and humane, compassionate, and ethical care.
The Shift:
This position is based at the Plaza and will be a hybrid (working from home some shifts).
RN must reside in the Kansas City Metro area.
This is a full time day shift position
The Work:
This will be an experienced nurse that monitors assigned patients using intelligent software. They will be alerted to any changes in patient condition or trending that needs to be addressed.
Monitoring intelligent software and vitals for changes and trends or patient condition.
Good communication skills in tense situations.
Have years of experience to understand what they are looking for in the trending data.
Early detection of changes or possible problems.
In-patient experience required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess strong computer skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
Experience providing care in a patient’s home or via telehealth/remote monitoring a plus.
Flexible and comfortable with a changing and dynamic work environment and schedule across all shifts and days

Associate Degree (Required)
