As the Compliance and Privacy Business Partner you are an active participant in implementation of the Ethics Compliance Privacy (ECP) Program. Function as business partner establishing strong relationships at assigned entities to address ECP issues. Manage ECP program at assigned entities including education, investigation, consultation. Conduct EC Committee meeting 4 times a year; report to board at each entity 2 times a year.
Integral member of the Ethics, Compliance, Privacy department with active participation in the implementation of all elements of the Ethics Compliance Privacy program. Manage ECP Program activities at entities as assigned, including issue management investigations monitoring activities education and reporting. Responsible for leading entity Ethics and Compliance Committees and accountable for reporting activities to System Ethics and Compliance Committee, System Privacy Committee and the Boards of Directors on a regular basis.
