Job Description​

Are you looking for a satisfying cook opportunity where you can work in a team that shares your passion in the kitchen? Saint Luke’s East in Lees Summit, MO is looking for a motivated cook to join our Nutrition Service crew. This position is a Full Time swing shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating knowledge of how to cook different cuisines; measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
  • Prepping food and meal areas while maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Monitoring equipment inventory control, product rotation, proper labeling, and safe food handling practices.
  • Adaptability to cross train in other areas within the Nutrition Service Department
