Job Description
This Epic Analyst III position is 100% remote and will be responsible for build, trouble shooting of complex challenges, testing, and issue resolution. This position will work collaboratively with internal customers and external vendors to improve billing software, internal processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate will be certified in some or all of the following: Epic HB Claims, Epic HB Remittance, Epic Charge Router, Epic Home Health and Hospice Revenue Cycle.
In this position, you will perform as a team lead and provide guidance and training for junior staff. You will be a mentor and helping others build their skill sets to allow for professional development and ongoing growth for the system and the IT team. In this role, you will be the SME for technology tools products and or processes.
This a great opportunity to work with leading technology and lead multiple projects simultaneously while working collaboratively with top performing teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.
The Work
Leads small projects or portions of a larger projects.
Provides support.
Determines criticality of issues necessity to escalate and ensures resolution.
Oversee assists with initial setup upgrades configuration and installation of hardware or software.
Independently designs and develops complex documentation for a large product area or works on multiple products.
May develop and maintain an online knowledge base and or document library.
Uses existing systems and modifies features for off the shelf system.
Responsible for report writing works on assignments that are moderately complex where judgment is required.
Demonstrates working knowledge and utilization of Process Improvement change management.
Expert knowledge of software and integration.
Effective in a team establishes positive relationships with vendors peers and customers.
