The Opportunity:
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City located in Kansas City, MO is hiring for a registered nurse for their telemetry medical observation unit. This location is a Magnet designated facility and a leader in Academic Medical Centers. This unit provides care to medical short stay high acuity patients in a fast-paced environment. As a nurse on this team, you can care for a variety of conditions and treatments including, but are not limited to; renal, confusion, non-surgical, heart failure, observation and more.

Schedule - Day Shift - 7pm-7am
The Work:
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
