Saint Luke’s Medical Oncology department in Kansas City is hiring a Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will give you the opportunity to provide secretarial support to the Oncology department to help ensure our vision to be, “The Best Place to Get Care. The Best Place to Give Care.” 

Shift Details: Full Time Monday- Friday

Responsibilities: 

• Handles routine and complex communication 

• Maximizes the work day with effective scheduling and communication 

• Assists staff as needed with program development 

• Running reports and presentations 

• Collaborated with staff to ensure all tasks are completely timely.
