Since 1975, Saint Luke’s Hospice—one of the region’s first hospice —has provided compassionate, comforting care to area patients and their families in their homes and nursing facilities. For more than 30 years, Saint Luke's has set the standard for home care and hospice services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan and surrounding areas. Led by clinicians with decades of experience in the Home Health and Hospice industry, Saint Luke’s Home Care is the area’s premier providers of a continuum of health care in the home.
Our home hospice RNs help the patient control and direct their end-of-life care. They provide peace of mind, dignity, and comfort on the patient's terms—often in their own home. The hospice team provides medical, emotional, and spiritual support to not only the patient, but also the patient's family. This position is critical to help during afterhours, 11:30 - 8:00, if they have questions and/or symptom needs. Will also get to help with admissions in getting patients and families settled for the evening.
