Saint Luke’s South Hospital is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative support to the HR Director and HRBPs. Our HR team is supportive, collaborative and have meaningful careers being a part of a health system that provides a combination of clinical excellence and compassionate care. As an HR Specialist, you have the opportunity to provide support to and interact with candidates, new hires, and current employees to ensure we are “The Best Place to Give Care. Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized and have excellent customer service. Our HR Specialists provide support to our employees so you will need to be able to manage administrative duties while greeting employees and guests throughout the day and helping answer questions they may have. Because we are partnering with employees in the hospital, this position is not remote but we do provide a flexible work environment.
