Job Description​

​Saint Luke’s South Hospital is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative support to the HR Director and HRBPs.  Our HR team is supportive, collaborative and have meaningful careers being a part of a health system that provides a combination of clinical excellence and compassionate care.  As an HR Specialist, you have the opportunity to provide support to and interact with candidates, new hires, and current employees to ensure we are “The Best Place to Give Care. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, applicants and visitors to HR.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, HRIS and HRLink to ensure timely processing of new hires and system transfers.
• Provide recruitment support by scheduling interviews, assisting new hires with paperwork, verifying licensure and certifications, and printing badges.
• Ensures the integrity of the electronic personnel records by scanning and auditing content of the files in a timely manner as directed by CMS TJC.
• Interacts with a wide variety of people and departments.
• Responsible for the coordination of the entity recognition program.
• Provides administrative support to HR Director and HRBPs.
• Hours for the position are 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
   

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized and have excellent customer service.  Our HR Specialists provide support to our employees so you will need to be able to manage administrative duties while greeting employees and guests throughout the day and helping answer questions they may have.  Because we are partnering with employees in the hospital, this position is not remote but we do provide a flexible work environment.
