The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly qualified and career-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patient’s home. You would be responsible for providing wound and ostomy care, patient education on medications and disease management, obtaining lab specimens. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nursing and therapists as well as patients and their families.
The Work:
Administration of professional nursing services. Ensuring patients receive services in accordance with their care plan
provide peace of mind, dignity, and comfort on the patient's terms to both the patient and their family
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times
