We have a wonderful career opportunity for a Nursing Home Administrator (Administrator). This position directs the operation of the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living units to ensure a superior resident experience, high quality care, and compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. The Administrator participates in strategic planning for these areas, and the community in general, and also manages several support functions including social services, medical records, and the MDS Coordinators.
The following tasks are an essential part of the Administrator position. This is not a comprehensive list and job duties and requirements are subject to change based on business needs and continuously changing legal and administrative requirements:
A successful candidate for this position will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, a Nursing Home Administrator License in the State of Missouri, and at least three years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar position.
