Shift Details: 

• Full time position 

• Swing Shift 

• Work Week – Monday to Friday 

• Rotating Weekends (every other weekend) 

• Rotating Holidays 

• Follows the direction of Nutrition Services leadership and runs shifts in their absence  

• Assists with high volume cafeteria inventory management and production waste   

• Ensures staffing levels meet demands   

• Ensures timely service, product quality safety and sanitation standards are met   

• Involved with training and coaching staff  

• Works stations and fills in for staff as needed   

• Handles customer complaints  

• Delegates duties as needed  

• Ensures food requisitions and catering meals are delivered  

• Assists retail clinical and production areas as needed   

• Enforces policies and procedures  

Job assignment may include Diet, Office, leadership, production, cashier, or other key positions  

We are seeking a Nutrition Services Team Lead who is a great decision maker, with strong customer service and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to be computer literate and have cash handling abilities. The ideal candidate is able to work with a team as well as autonomously and will maintain a positive attitude, conducting all interactions in a professional manner.
