Saint Luke’s Health System, one of the largest tertiary care hospital systems in the region, is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN HOSPITALIST to join our practice in Kansas City, MO. Preferred candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to quality, safety and patient satisfaction and have a minimum of three years obstetrics/gynecology experience. The OB Hospitalist Group will consist of 11 BC/BE physicians providing evidenced-based care to a diverse patient population throughout the system. Candidate will be assigned primarily to one of our four metro locations but will help cover other locations as needed.

• Strong sub-specialty support including MFM, anesthesia, neonatologist, GYN/ONC, and URO/GYN
The OBGYN Hospitalist provides care on labor & delivery, gyn hospital and surgical care for antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patients as well as cover unassigned OB and gynecologic patients presenting through the ED. Responsibilities include: clinical resource for L&D staff, patient assessment and triage, care coordination with OB groups, perform deliveries, and surgical procedures, as needed. High risk patients are transferred to Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City.
Mon- Friday Nights 5 pm to 7 am
Weekends – 7 am to 7 am
