Occupational Therapist Lymphedema Certification Required - Part Time Day

Evaluates or screens clients after impairment injury or disease. Plans designs and implements individualized occupational therapy treatment programs after referral from a physician. Therapeutic exercise functional retraining use of thermal electric modalities gait training splinting and use of various other training and retraining skills. Periodically reevaluates client to determine effectiveness of interventions and contributes to discharge planning. Supervises treatment provided by students technicians or occupational therapist assistants and recommends client care interventions to other members of the health care team to contribute to the rehabilitation process. Delegates and instructs supportive personnel in services to be provided and performs other duties as requested by the manager. May serve as a clinical resource or coordinate the student program.

Applicable Experience:
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Occupational Therapist - VariousBachelor's Degree (Required)
