The Home Health OT is responsible for providing care in the home setting.
Position Highlights include:
Part-Time Day Shift
Ability to work one on one with patients
Work autonomously as an OT
Individualize patient care plans
Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care.
