The Operations Consultant position provides consultative analytical facilitation and project management support for various SLHS operational strategic and special project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to achieve targeted goals and objectives hold an advanced degree with 2 to 5 years experience performing the types of work described previously will have experience utilizing Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing and project management techniques and will have a demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve significant quantifiable results. Requires executive presence including the ability to effectively communicate and engage senior leadership.
