Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Our Pain Management Clinic at our Plaza location in Kansas City, MO is hiring for a registered nurse to join their team. This expansion will allow us to perform additional and new procedures for our patients at this location.

The Shift:

This position is for a Full Time RN in an ambulatory setting and offers a Monday through Friday 8-4:30 schedule with no holidays, no weekends, and no call in a teaching clinic.

The Work:

• We are looking for experienced nurses with excellent multi-tasking skills, desire for variety in their day and interest in providing care to pain management patients.
• This position will give you the opportunity to work with multiple providers daily and various procedures and treatments.
• Experience with procedures such as Epidural Steroid Injections, Trigger Point Injections and Intrathecal Pumps is preferred, but not required.
• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Bachelor's Degree
