Individuals in this position will demonstrate the knowledge skills abilities and critical thinking skills necessary to practice pharmacy in a hospital and health system. Critical skills include the ability to prepare and dispense medications collect organize and analyze patient and practice specific information initiate and monitor therapeutic plans work with interdisciplinary teams supervise supportive personnel manage projects and provide routine patient teaching and drug information services.
