What we are looking for:

Saint Luke's Primary Care - Lee's Summit is looking for a Practice Manager II. The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership, the Practice Manager assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction of Saint Luke's Health System. Practice Manager provides practice management for a large and or multiple practices sometimes in multiple locations typically supporting 8 to 20 providers and a support staff which can exceed 50 or more employees. Successful candidate will have a proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

3-5 years

Registered Nurse - Various

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree - Health Administration
