Job Description​

Provides practice management for multiple practices, sometimes in multiple locations. Supports 20 plus providers with a combined staff size large enough to support having a Business Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, Medical Office Coordinator, and Team Lead positions. Responsible for proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial, quality and patient satisfaction improvement. Independently identifies needs, plans and successfully works within practice budgets. Position independently identifies needs, plans and successfully works within practice budgets. Major area of responsibility includes competencies in business operations financial management and budgeting human resources management organizational governance patient care systems quality management and risk management. We have a team based approach to support Patient Centered Medical Home
