As a Nurse on this Cardiac ICU Unit you will have the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team. Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is a Level 1 Trauma, Magnet Designated, Academic Medical Center. It is nationally ranked by U.S. News and World Report and ranked among the top 25 hospitals in the country for Cardiology and Heart Surgery. This location has been ranked high-performing for multiple procedures and conditions such as; Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, Aortic Valve surgery, Heart bypass surgery, Heart failure, Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and more.
This is a 12 bed ICU that specializes in cardiac care. This team provides care to patients with various cardiac conditions and treatment plans. We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about cardiac care, self-driven. eager to learn and patient centered. We are looking for a resilient nurse who is adaptable and motivated by changes that improve patient care.
