As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse within the Saint Luke’s Health System you will have a variety of career path options. This position functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. You will have the opportunity to coordinate the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. We are looking for someone that can delegate tasks appropriately, identify hospital resources and serve as a clinical resource for new employees. As an ED RN, you will need to demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department.
We are looking for experienced ED Nurses to join these unique teams. We are seeking natural leaders who are flexible, open, and adaptable nurses with a passion about quality care and educating patients, patients’ loved ones and their peers. Strong teamwork and effective communication skills are essential to be successful in these positions.
