As a Registered Nurse on our Medical ICU Unit you will have the opportunity to provide care to variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans. This variety will allow you the opportunity to expand your nursing skills and experience continuous learning opportunities.

This unit is supported by our eICU team that provides you with a team of virtual critical care physicians who are constantly monitoring the patients and their monitors. They are able to put in orders to ensure you have quick physician support when you need it.

We are seeking experienced nurses who provide patient centered care with compassion and empathy. Responsibilities:

• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
• Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
• Expected to complete tasks timely, including charting, making patient care the number one priority in a teamwork setting and having excellent communication skills and a compassionate heart.
