This position will be responsible for the completion of all applications and certifications for hospital based entities. This includes form 855 and provider based agreements along with Medicare and Medicaid Certifications.The candidate must have the skill set to work with Managers and Supervisors in collecting data for the certifications. The candidate will
►support the completion of the cost reports by the accumulation of bad debts and obtaining support for the outside consultants.
►Gather wage index documentation for annual cost reports and subsequent external wage index reviews
►Prepare Physician Part A time study or contract analysis
►Preparation & review of annual statistics for the Medicare & Medicaid cost reports
►Gather annual cost report information for preparation of cost report
►Prepare annual Medicare hospice cap report
►Prepare Crittenton annual cost report
►Assist manager with special projects
Applicable Experience:
