Sales Manager Post Acute Care

Job Description​

The Saint Luke’s Home Care and Hospice Sales Manager is responsible for building and sustaining relationships with key referral sources, analyzing referral and admission data, collaborating with agency leaders on operational improvements and implementing sales plan to meet or exceed budget.

  • Establish relationships with new and existing internal and external referral sources. Through these relationships, grow demand for Saint Luke’s Home Care and Hospice services and increase referral volume across home care, hospice, hospice house, infusion and specialty pharmacy services.  

  • Analyze market and internal referral/admission data and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Develop and implement sales plan, including sales, marketing, and operational improvements needed to meet or exceed budgeted sales/revenue targets.

  • In collaboration with Marketing, optimize information and community education related to home care, hospice, and pharmacy services. 

  • Represent Saint Luke’s Post-Acute Care Services at all times, including sales calls, relationship building, educational forums and conferences and all other activities.

  • Provide superior customer service when greeting, handling phone calls, and responding to necessary requests by physicians, referral sources, patients/families, staff members, and all other individuals needing assistance.

  • Assist the Intake and/or Reimbursement departments during peak times.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Saint Luke’s offers home health care services to patients recovering from illness or injury, or those who need extra help to remain safely in their home. Serving 22 counties in Missouri and Kansas, our specially-trained nurses, therapists, and other skilled staff partner with patients to help them achieve their goals under their physicians’ direct supervision. Saint Luke’s Home Care has consistently demonstrated compassionate care.

Saint Luke’s Home Hospice and Hospice House

Since 1975, Saint Luke’s Hospice—one of the region’s first hospice programs—has provided compassionate, comforting care to area patients and their families in their homes and nursing facilities.

Saint Luke’s Hospice House is a freestanding facility that offers hospice care for patients who may require more symptom management than can be provided at home or may prefer to spend their final days in another safe, loving location.

Saint Luke’s Advanced Care and Home Infusion Pharmacy

The Advanced Care and Infusion Pharmacy is available for patients with specialty disease states such as oncology, hepatitis C, rheumatoid arthritis, and those needing home infusion services.
