Performs prevention screening evaluation diagnosis management and counseling services to hospital patients with speech language cognitive communication or oral and pharyngeal sensorimotor impairments. Plans directs and conducts habilitative and rehabilitative counseling programs and discharge planning activities. Delegates and instructs support personnel. Employees in this position are responsible to work a minimum of two hard to staff shifts as designated by the Rehab PRN policy and have a minimum work frequency of is six shifts per the entitys posted work schedule of 8 weeks.
Applicable Experience:
Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Cert Clinical Competence-Speech/Lang - American Speech Language Hearing Association, Speech Pathology - VariousBachelor's Degree (Required)"The best place to get care.
