Job Description​

This position will work alongside Executive leadership in Supply Chain and Facilities/Construction/Hospitality service lines. Specifically, this position will be responsible for contract negotiation, oversight of vendor management, data analysis and project management for corresponding areas. This position will be responsible for collaborating with our Facilities/Construction/Hospitality service lines to identify cost-effective savings while maintaining operational excellence for Saint Luke’ Health System. This individual will often meet and communicate with Executive leadership within the Health System and need strong communication skills. This individual will also work with our Group Purchase Organization, Procurement, and Logistics team to see through Supply Chain demands. Strategic Sourcing Managers help manage suppliers and make recommendations in total costs including freight, UOM, quality improvement, identify inefficiencies and develop framework that ensures supplier performance post contract. 

Experience in project management, contracting, vendor management and Facilities/Construction workforce is preferred.
