Job Description​

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will use your attention to detail and your passion for customer service to provide administrative and operational support to out Talent Acquisition Team. The TA Specialist greets and assists employees, applicants and visitors to HR Administration. This position is responsible for on-boarding processes, working closely with TA Partners, HR Business Partners, HRIS and HRLink to ensure timely processing of new hires and System transfers. Position is self directed and interacts with a wide variety of people and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment support to initiate background checks, drug testing, onboarding documentation, new hire paperwork, new employee file creation, licensure and certification verification.

• Provide administrative support to multiple Talent Acquisition Partners in a fast-paced, high-performing, professional environment.

• Ensure the integrity of the electronic personnel records by scanning and auditing content of the files in a timely manner as directed by CMS TJC.

• Responsible for the coordination of the entity recognition program.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with competing priorities.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Flexible and adaptable to change.
