Job Description​

The Talent Strategic Partner is responsible for managing critical recruitment initiatives for Saint Luke's Health System. The Talent Strategy Partner will lead the talent acquisition team for key vacancies in the health system. This will include developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, focusing on diversity recruitment. Will be knowledgeable and have experience with passive sourcing for hard-to-fill niche positions, experience with anticipating hiring needs using historical data. Serves as a subject matter expert to the HRBPs for all talent-related tools and consults on approaches to best leverage tools to support business needs. Develops strong external pipeline of talent for key roles, skills and capabilities as driven by the health system strategy. Proactively identify candidates using multiple techniques including cold calling prospective candidates, on-line databases, social media websites, Boolean Keyword searches, job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals, etc. Maintains excellent understanding of a variety of sourcing tools and is adept at evaluating and managing timing and appropriate use of each. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business needs and deadlines. Research and adopt innovative tools and approaches to sourcing efforts. Obtain talent-market intelligence and provide on-going feedback to HRBPs based on market realities, accompanied by supporting data and metrics. 

Serves as a talent advisor and presents at HR Business Partner meetings to update on new recruitment technology and trends. Shares recruitment best practices with the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners. Works closely with the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition to help outline the annual budget and to work on the department strategies for the year. Continuously identifies opportunities to improve the recruitment process. Serves on task force and committees as delegated. Serves as a resource and mentor to the Talent Acquisition Partners. Works on meeting the goals of the HR system strategic plan. Must work independently with minimal guidance in both highly strategic and tactical capacities. Demonstrated ability to effectively develop plans and execute sourcing strategy. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and must also have high sense of urgency, strong work ethic and can manage ambiguity. Results oriented.
